We are a local, family owned business and our family has lived in the Tarragindi and Annerley area for four generations.
We provide IT support to all home users and specialise in supporting seniors and older Australians to stay connected and use information technology safely and securely.
We are a new business and aim to be a trusted, quality and affordable computer support provider where you feel absolutely comfortable getting us back again and recommending us to others.

1. You will get the same team every time and having us both onsite means we can work on two things at once and save you time.
2. We cover the greater Brisbane area with a focus on supporting our local communities of Tarragindi, Holland Park, Yeronga, Coorparoo, Moorooka, Annerley, Greenslopes, Wishart, Mansfield, Nathan, Salisbury and Mt Gravatt.
3. We are an in-home service provider and will come to your home to fix your problem and charge $120 for the first hour with no call out fee. If we can’t fix it within the hour we will provide an estimate for what is required.
If you are a pensioner or seniors card holder we provide a 25% discount and your hourly rate will be $90.

Luke and I are operating this business together and we aim to fix your IT problems but also educate and help you to be more self sufficient and confident.
Luke is starting his career in IT but technology is in his DNA and has been part of his entire life. He has excellent knowledge of windows, mobile phones and social media as well as computing hardware including gaming and performance tuning.
I have a Degree in Engineering and a Masters in Information Technology and have been working in IT roles for over 30 years. I have run 24 hour support and help desk services for government agencies, supported small business enterprises, developed software and have specialised in Windows and Linux for business environments but use Apple for my personal systems.
